Our company successfully passed the FAMI-QS system certification
FAMI-QS (European Feed Additives and PreMIxtures Quality System, In Chinese, the European Feed additives and additive Premix feed Quality System certification is a mandatory certification of feed additives and additive premix feeds in the EU and around the world in order to cooperate with the implementation of the EU feed related Law 183/2005EC, 1831/2003 EC, 178/2002EC.
In order to ensure that the company's products can enter the EU market, the company submitted the FAMI-QS approval application to Beijing Huasilian Certification Center in early 2020, and submitted the relevant qualification documents and complete system documents. On September 1, 2020, the FAMI-QS Certification and Review expert group composed of Beijing Huasilian Certification Center came to our company for a two-day on-site audit of FAMI-QS system. The expert group reviewed the production workshop, warehouse and canteen of our company according to the on-site evaluation standards, and implemented the on-site evaluation by asking questions, consulting data and on-site inspection. It confirmed the personnel, environment, equipment, quality control, technical capability confirmation, risk management, internal audit and management review, and then summarized the results of the on-site evaluation.
After two days of audit, the review team agreed that with the improvement of the company's system documents, the management system meets the actual operation of the company, and the operation is normal and effective, and basically meets the requirements. At the same time, the expert review team put forward rectification suggestions for non-conforming items. In view of the rectification opinions put forward by the review team, our company carefully analyzed the causes, formulated rectification plans and corrective measures, clarified the responsible person and the time requirements for the completion of rectification, and ensured that the rectification task was completed as soon as possible.
The company actively worked hard to complete the rectification matters in a short period of time, and successfully obtained the FAMI-QS system certification on September 16, 2020.
