I. FAMI-QS system
FAMI-QS system is an EU unified certification system based on ISO9001, HACCP and GMP+, FEMAS, Q+S certification recommended by EU countries in the field of feed safety. It integrates different recognition requirements among EU member states. It is a quality and safety control system for the production of feed additives and additive premixes throughout Europe.
In September 2020, our company obtained the FAMI-QS system certification for the first time. From August 23 to August 24, 2021, audit experts from Beijing Silian Certification Center went to Sichuan Bohaoda Biotechnology Co., Ltd. for 2021 on-site supervision and audit work.
Audit experts according to the on-site evaluation standards, for the company's workshop, warehouse, laboratory review; Through on-site questions and relevant system management document review, the management responsibilities, resource management, product realization, system review, control of nonconforming products, statistical technology and other aspects were assessed, and the audit results were summarized.
After expert audit, audit experts believe that the company in the regulatory requirements, HACCP application, product complaints and recalls, nonconforming product control and other aspects are in line with the audit standards; Products from the procurement, production, packaging, marking, transportation process has been effectively controlled.
Second, ISO series system
From August 26 to August 27, 2021, the China Quality Certification Center audit expert group went to our company for on-site audit. The audit includes: Quality management system GB/T 19001, food safety system GB/T 22000, occupational health system GB/T 45001 and environmental management system GB/T 24001 Audit experts have conducted supervision and inspection on the company's on-site management, employees' employment with certificates, employees' occupational health examination, and major hazards of the company, and the audit results have effectively controlled the company's production and service, HACCP plan, environmental safety management, critical control points, hazard analysis and control, etc. Thus eliminate the biological, physical and chemical hazards in the process of product processing and service, and ensure product quality.
Finally successfully passed the quality management system GB/T 19001, food safety system GB/T 22000, occupational health system GB/T 45001 and environmental management system GB/T 24001 on-site supervision and audit work.
